Clone App: Dual Accounts: Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Clone App ("the app", "we") processes, why, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.

1. Information processed on your device only

• Installed apps: the app reads the list of apps installed on your device so you can choose which app or game to clone. This list is processed on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.
• Cloned app data: data created by cloned apps (accounts, messages, files) is stored in Clone App's private storage on your device. We do not access or collect it.
• Private album, secure notes, hidden apps and app lock: your photos, videos, notes and PIN stay on your device. PINs are stored only as a salted cryptographic hash.
• App usage time: if you grant usage access, usage statistics are read and shown on your device only.
• Photos and videos: media access is used only when you add items to the private album or save videos. Media is not uploaded.
• VidSaver: videos are downloaded only from links you enter, directly to your device.

2. Information processed by third-party services

• Google AdMob (advertising): for non-VIP users the app shows ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers such as the advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and ad interaction data to serve, measure and personalize ads. See Google's advertising policy. You can reset or delete your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your Android settings.
• Google Play Billing (purchases): VIP purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. We receive purchase confirmation only; we never see your payment card details.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (notifications): a push token is used to deliver notifications. You can turn notifications off in Android settings.
• Optional Google Sign-In (Firebase Authentication): signing in is optional; the app works without an account. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Firebase user ID, email address, display name and, if available, profile photo URL. We do not receive your Google password or access your other Google data.
• Points and reward sync: when you are signed in, your points balance, daily check-in streak, task progress, temporary VIP end date, app version and last sync time are stored with your Firebase user ID on YT Soft's own servers (api.cloneapp.com.tr) so they can be restored on other devices. Earlier versions of the app stored this data in Google Cloud Firestore; it is being moved to our servers and removed from Firestore.

Authorized administrators: a small number of authorized YT Soft staff can view the account data listed above (name, email, points, VIP status, last sync time) only to provide support, send rewards or announcements, and prevent abuse. Staff actions are recorded in an internal audit log.

These services are operated by Google LLC under the Google Privacy Policy.

3. How we use information

To provide app cloning and multiple accounts, verify VIP membership, show ads to non-VIP users, send notifications, prevent abuse and improve stability. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Permissions

Internet and network state (ads, purchases, downloads, speed test), package visibility (choosing apps to clone), notifications, foreground service (keeping clones running), media (private album), usage access (app usage time), display over other apps and wallpaper (Clone Launcher and themes). Optional permissions are requested only when you use the related feature.

5. Data retention and deletion

Data stored on your device remains until you delete it in the app, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app. Signing out stops syncing; the last synced copy is kept so your points can be restored when you sign in again. Synced account data is kept while your account is in use.

Deleting your account: in the app open User Center > Delete account. This immediately deletes your synced points, profile and sign-in account. You can also request deletion on the web at cloneapp.com.tr/delete-account; web requests are completed within 30 days. Audit log entries about staff actions on your account are anonymised.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures such as encrypted (HTTPS) connections, hashed PINs, verified sign-in tokens and verified purchases. No method is 100% secure.

7. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is always available at this address.
